i enjoy jogging in the morning to keep myself as fit as teenagers. there are some reasons for my choice. first of all, i am obsessed with the fresh air in the morning. although science has corrected our opinion that air in the dawn is fresher than that in the morning, my psychological effect has deceived me, and morning is, personally, a better time to enjoy fresh air, especially when i am jogging beside the city river, without too many crowds. moreover, the comfortable pace of jogging will not harm the bones and joints. it is common knowledge that running is a fierce exercise, which will devastate the joints in the long run, especially without proper guide. however, jogging relieves my daily burden without too much pressure to my knees, which is a great advantage.
